Yesterday, Friday, at 21.16, the police were contacted due to several cats in a cage being found on Ersboda in Umeå. 

The cats were taken into custody and the matter will be investigated. A complaint regarding animal cruelty has been filed. No one has been given suspicion at this time. The cats were handed over to an association that takes care of animals.
