03:08 Drunk driving, Örnsköldsvik
At a traffic check in Örnsköldsvik suspicion arises that a driver is under the influence of narcotics. A blood test is performed and the result will show if a crime has been committed. A report regarding suspected drunk driving and minor narcotics offense, personal use, is to be drawn up.
