An order guard (OG) encounters a person who is deemed to be intoxicated and unresponsive. The OG takes care of the person with the support of the law on the taking into custody of intoxicated persons (LOB). When the OG does not get in touch with the person, he calls 112 and puts the person in a lateral position. Suddenly the person wakes up and attacks the OG. Two more people join in and they threaten the OG. One of the people has a key in hand that he threatens the OG with. The person who was initially taken into custody according to LOB, is arrested after a short time by the police and is suspected of threatening a public official and violent resistance, a 30-year-old man.
