Police and rescue services are alerted to an address where a man is said to have threatened to ignite some flammable liquid.

No fire when patrols arrive at the scene and a man is detained. The case is investigated through an interrogation with the man and witnesses.

Update: The man is detained and suspected of attempted gross arson and aggravated threats against a group.
