Alarm was received about a traffic accident on county road 256 just outside Västerfärnebo. The police were dispatched to the scene where a car had driven off the road. The driver of the car, a 75-year-old man, was taken to hospital with unclear injury status.

There is initially no suspicion of a crime in connection with the event.
