17.58 the police were alerted that a 90-year-old woman in Köping had been called by someone claiming to be from a furniture company. The woman had then been connected and subsequently had visitors who took her valuables.

The police rushed to the scene and a report of fraud was drawn up.

19.02 the next call about fraud in Västmanland came from an 80-year-old woman in Fagersta. The woman had been called by someone claiming to be from an insurance company. She had then had visitors and lost her jewelry.
