The police regional command center has handled around 60 cases between 22.00-07.00 that concern Jönköping County.

00:18 SOS alarm about a fire in an apartment in a multi-family house in central Huskvarna, Jönköping. According to the alarm, it is smoke-filled and flames are coming from a tile stove. The police have been on the scene. An 80-year-old man had to follow an ambulance to the hospital for a check-up. There are no personal injuries to report. The police suspect no crime in connection with the fire.

Aside from this, the police have had cases about wildlife accidents, traffic controls, intoxication, mental health issues as well as various other checks on their own initiative or after an alarm from the public that have not led to anything serious.

No more serious violent crimes have come to the police's knowledge.
