A car is said to have driven into a ditch. According to initial reports, one person is traveling in the vehicle.

Police are working on the matter. The driver has undergone a sobriety test and the result is without comment.

The driver, who is awake and able to speak, is being taken to medical care by ambulance.

The car will be towed from the scene, but will not be left in a traffic hazard.
