The police are to stop a driver in a private car in Upplands Väsby for a check. The driver chooses not to stop and drives away from the police.

The journey ends when the driver collides with parked cars, mailboxes and a lamppost among other things.

The driver is apprehended suspected of gross drunk driving and gross negligence in traffic.

The extent of the damage is being investigated further.

No person is believed to have been physically injured in connection with the incident.
