A pursuit of a car that was reported stolen began in Hofors. The police chased the car at times at high speed and managed to stop the car in Sandviken with the help of a spike mat.

Two people who were traveling in the car, two men between 30 and 40 years old, were arrested suspected of theft of motor vehicles. They were apprehended after contact with the prosecutor. Further suspicions of crimes may be added.
