During the tumult, the perpetrator took the service telephone from the parking attendant and uttered threats against him.

Before the police arrived at the scene, the perpetrator had left the scene in a car after he had returned the mobile telephone to the parking attendant.

The perpetrator could be apprehended after surveillance in the area and he was reported for gross theft and threats against a public official. After interrogation, the suspected man was released.
