Several youths are alleged to have assaulted a lone youth at City Hall. When the police arrive at the scene, the one who has been beaten has left the area but a dozen youths are still present and are being checked.

The victim is found at another location. He is not in need of medical care. After questioning, a number of the checked youths are suspected of assault.
The background to the event is unclear.
