The police have checked a number of people and vehicles without resulting in any suspicion of a crime. A driver, however, has been fined after driving a car (in Gällivare) despite the vehicle tax not having been paid and at a traffic control on E10 in Kiruna a driver has been fined and had their driving license confiscated after a speeding offense.

Two single-vehicle accidents have been reported to the police during the night and morning, in Arvidsjaur and Arjeplog. No personal injuries have been reported. The indigenous communities have been informed.
