In connection with a police patrol checking a driver at Bromma block, suspicion of drunk driving arose.
The driver, who lacked a driver's license, was allowed to accompany to the police station for a blood test and further investigation.
The driver is suspected of driving under the influence, unauthorized driving and personal use of narcotics.
