Vid stopp and control of a vehicle suspected driver, a man, to be under the influence of narcotics and is to follow for sampling. A report concerning driving under the influence of narcotics and minor narcotics offense (use and possession) is drawn up.

00.14 Wildlife accident, Haparanda:
 The police receive a report of an accident with a vehicle and an elk on road 398 between Anttila and Kotivaara. No personal injuries are reported. The elk died in connection with the accident and a hunter is called out to take care of it.

02.01 Wildlife accident, Kiruna:
The police receive a report of an accident with a truck and an elk on county road 395, north of Masugnsbyn. No personal injuries are reported. It is unclear how the elk fared and a hunter is called out.

04.18 Unlawful driving, Luleå:
Vid stopp and control of a vehicle it appears that the driver is under 18 years and not has the right to drive a car. A report concerning unlawful driving is drawn up.

04.29 Gällivare:
Car drivers in central Gällivare receive a fine for disorderly conduct for having played loud and disturbing music.

04.53 Gällivare:
The same car driver as above receives another fine for disorderly conduct for having played loud and disturbing music.

05.58 Driving under the influence of narcotics, Gällivare:
In connection with a traffic control suspected driver to be under the influence of narcotics and is to follow for sampling. A report concerning driving under the influence of narcotics and minor narcotics offense (use) is drawn up.

07.00 Traffic control, Boden:
Vid a traffic control on county road 356, Moråsen, two drivers receive a fine for speeding offense.
