00:00-08:00, two people have been taken into custody for intoxication, five people have been detained for testing on suspicion of narcotics offenses and one is suspected of narcotics offense (possession). The police have also arrested a man (in Umeå municipality) suspected of assaulting a woman he has a relationship with.

The police are contacted due to a drunk, young man disappearing from an address in Holmsund. Unclear where he is.

The police begin with a search and information gathering. The man is then searched for on roads and so-called guideposts in the area, but without result.  At 2:30, it is reported that the man was found in an unlocked house on the same street. The family who lives there is said to have come home and found him there.

The young man is taken into custody with the support of the LOB, the law on the taking into custody of intoxicated persons. The police will also investigate if any crime has been committed due to the man entering a dwelling he is not authorized to enter.
