07:32 Police were alerted to Barnhemsgatan in Linköping due to a caller hearing glass shattering and suspected some form of ongoing vandalism. 

07:35 When police arrived at the scene, the patrol found a small fire in the stairwell and there were reportedly shattered windows on the property. In the vicinity of the scene, a man in his 20s was also found. He was apprehended on the spot suspected of arson and vandalism. 

08:05 The fire department has extinguished the fire and ventilated the smoke. The scene has been cordoned off for a forensic investigation. There are no reported personal injuries.
