The police have also arrested a man in Boden who is suspected of assaulting a woman he is in a relationship with. An interrogation is to be held with him.

12:08, Luleå

The police are ordered to Innerstaden due to a brawl, a fight. Several people are said to be on the scene.

When the police arrive a few minutes later, no longer is there any brawl. Some people are identified and a young man is removed to another location. Another young man is taken into custody with the support of the LOB, the law on the taking into custody of intoxicated persons.

The police are to investigate whether any crime has been committed. A report has been filed regarding assault and threats.

12:14, Kiruna

The police see a driver who is driving with punctured tires and the driver, a man, is stopped for control. The man blows positively in the police's breathalyzer and suspicion of drunk driving arises. He is to accompany for a blood test.

12:37, Luleå

The police are contacted regarding an assault in Innerstaden. People are said to have left the scene shortly thereafter.

The injured party is taken to hospital. 

The police hold an interrogation and file a report. 

01:20, Luleå

A traffic control is held on Highway 97 at Södra Sunderbyn. Six drivers are fined, two due to speeding offenses.

02:38, Luleå

The police are ordered to a restaurant due to a brawl.

An interrogation is held and a report has been filed regarding assault. It is unclear who the perpetrator or perpetrators are.

02:58, Kiruna

Information has been received regarding a brawl in central Kiruna. Several people are said to be involved.

A report has been filed regarding assault.

Summary of the police's work in connection with Splash in Luleå, Saturday and the night into Sunday

From an order perspective, Saturday was roughly like the day before. There was a high presence of police, orderlies and social services that contributed to an effective work. By confiscating a lot of alcohol outside the area, one was able to prevent a number of intoxications. However, intoxicated young people were still found.

There has also been cooperation with the Coast Guard during Saturday.

Only a few crimes have been reported and no major disturbances of public order or traffic have occurred. 

The police had the same drone capability as on Friday. This made it possible for the police to quickly get location images and they have, among other things, looked at alcohol consumption and been able to resource patrol to handle the confiscation of alcohol. The police had a good overview of central Luleå and the work with drones has been decisive.

At the closing of the area, the police temporarily closed the Södra hamnleden (just like the evening before) and redirected traffic via Smedjegatan and Rådstugatan. The closure of the road had no negative impact on the traffic environment otherwise.
