Police, rescue services and ambulance are alerted to county road 1532 in Öxabäck after a motorcycle collided with an elk and ended up in a ditch. The elk is said to have run further into the forest. The woman riding the motorcycle is transported by ambulance to hospital. There is currently no information about her injury status.

Update 18:37: In the previous notice, it was incorrectly stated that the incident occurred in Holsljunga in Svenljunga municipality. The correct location is Öxabäck in Marks municipality.
