Police go to Inre Hamnen in Sundsvall due to reports of a man walking around a parking lot and yanking car doors.

The man is found and taken into custody with the support of the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons (LOB). There also arises suspicion of a narcotics offense, possession, and personal use.
