Ludvika, home invasion and assault.
22.09: Police are ordered to a residence due to a disturbance. A woman has arrived at the address who is not welcome and has been asked to leave, which has since become physical disturbance where the complainant, a man, has suffered minor injuries.
The woman in turn reports the man for assault. The parties have previously had a relationship.

Borlänge, assault.**
22.24: Police patrol has filed a report of assault when a complainant reports being attacked with blows by two women. Patrols have searched for the perpetrators without succeeding in locating them. An interview has been conducted with the complainant, an investigation is ongoing.

Smedjebacken, vandalism by fire..
23.14: A parked vehicle has for unclear reasons started burning, the fire department has extinguished the fire and the police have filed a report of vandalism by fire. The perpetrator is unknown.

Borlänge, unlawful entry.
03.09: Two unknown persons have been found in a basement room in central Borlänge. The police have searched the room and the surrounding area without encountering anyone. The persons lacked the right to be in the room, which is why a report of unlawful entry has been filed. 

Otherwise, it has been a quiet night from a police perspective in the police district. No more serious crimes have been reported or handled by the police. A number of vehicles and persons have been checked, which have not led to any further coercive measures.
During the night, a few dozen cases have been handled by the police in the police district.
