A free police colleague notes a vehicle that stands out in traffic by, among other things, driving against a red light and passing through barriers in Svartbäcken, Uppsala.

A patrol visually identifies the current vehicle, which continues to stand out carelessly in traffic, and therefore performs a vehicle stop for inspection.

The driver blows positively in the police's sift instrument and the patrol also has suspicions that the driver is under the influence of narcotics.

The driver, a man in his mid-twenties, is therefore taken in for further blood sampling.

The patrol sets up a report regarding gross carelessness in traffic, gross reckless driving and gross unauthorized driving.
