According to initial reports, an initial altercation is said to have occurred between two people, after which more people joined in and it is believed that around 20 people were involved in the altercation.

The police are heading to Askimsbadet with several resources. Many witnesses are on the scene and several are said to have filmed parts of the sequence of events. Two men in their 30s and a child in their 5s are reported to have been beaten. The patrol sets up a complaint and a counter-complaint regarding assault.
