Police patrol in central Sundsvall checks a man.
The man is suspected to be under the influence of narcotics and is to be taken in for a drug test. In connection with this, a knife is found on the man. It is seized.
A report is filed regarding minor narcotics offense (use) and a serious offense against the knife law.
