Here follow a selection of the night's events:

23.08 Wildlife accident, Umeå:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a car and a deer on E12 between Holmsund and Umeå. No personal injuries are reported. The deer was injured in connection with the accident and a tracker is called out.

23.58 Unlawful entry, Skellefteå:
Police patrol is ordered to Anderstorp where a person is said to have entered a fenced construction site. A minor is found. The person is handed over to the guardian and a report of unlawful entry is drawn up.

06.02 Wildlife accident, Umeå:
Police receive a report of an accident involving a car and an elk on Rovågersvägen, Täfteå. No personal injuries are reported. It is unclear how the elk fared and a tracker is called out.

Other:
A person has been taken into custody for intoxication.

Police have also carried out checks on people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of crime.
