Emergency services, police and ambulance head out to the address. A man exits the building and is checked by ambulance personnel on the scene. There are no reports that the man needed further care at a hospital.

Emergency services allow the building to burn down, the fire is under control. Highway 200 was completely closed and traffic was diverted by police, but there is now limited access to the road. Any crime classification is currently unknown.
