During a check of the driver, suspicion arose of, among other things, driving under the influence of drugs.

The driver was required to follow the police patrol for blood sampling and further investigation. The driver is suspected of driving under the influence of drugs, unauthorised driving, fleeing the scene of a traffic accident and minor narcotics offence.
