Police were called to a residence in Ljungby after a conversation about a woman being subjected to a scam. An 80-year-old woman claims that an unknown man has called her and pretended to be calling from a telephone company. The woman was informed that she would receive a better deal on her telephone subscription and was asked to log in with a bank card. After the call, the woman discovered that a number of purchases had been made from her account. A report regarding the scam is being filed.
