The car was stopped.

A police patrol stopped a car on E16 just south of Sandviken. The driver of the car, a 55-year-old man, received a fine for speeding, not adapted distance to the vehicle in front, and for not having used a seatbelt or direction indicator. His driving license was confiscated.
