A man in his 40s is said to have received lacerations to the neck. He is reportedly awake and able to speak and is taken to hospital by ambulance for examination.

The suspected perpetrator disappears from the scene before the police arrive, but the patrol can quickly locate him. The man is in his 20s. He is apprehended and detained, initially suspected of attempted murder or alternatively very serious assault.

We are still on the scene and are carrying out investigative measures, including searching the area with a dog.
