A driver left the road in Mora municipality during the afternoon, with a passenger on board with the driver. The passenger complained of pain after the accident and was taken to the hospital for examination, the extent of the damage is unknown.

The driver, a man in his 50s, left the scene but was later found and behaved as if he had been affected by alcohol.
Since the man was not checked immediately after the accident, a special routine has been followed to rule out the possibility that the man drank alcohol after the accident. 
Analyses of the test results will show whether suspicions remain regarding gross drunk driving under the influence of alcohol.

The man is also suspected of reckless driving and gross bodily harm.
The man is arrested and contact will be made with the prosecutor for possible further detention, either in the form of detention or the man being released on bail.
