Northwest of Ammarnäs, police are contacted regarding an accident outdoors.
A woman is reported to have fallen and hurt herself.
The on-duty officer of the police makes a decision about rescue services with the support of the LSO, the Act on Protection against Accidents. Mountain rescue is called out.
By 16:30, the mountain rescue team arrives at the woman and her companions. They receive help to get away from the location and later in the evening she is examined by medical personnel. There are no reports that she would need to be taken to hospital by ambulance.
