Police are heading to Umeå's city center due to reports that a person was in a store and expressed themselves in a way that is perceived as threatening. The person is then said to have gone to another store and fallen asleep.

The person is apprehended and taken into custody with the support of the Law on the Detention of Intoxicated Persons (LOB) and is handed over to the healthcare unit for rehabilitation.
