A security guard from Västerås hospital alerts the police about a man who allegedly broke open a entrance door belonging to the hospital. The man is supposed to be handcuffed.

The man, who is in his 50s, is suspected of vandalism. Since he is also heavily intoxicated, he is taken into custody according to the Law on the Detention of Intoxicated Persons.
