Police stop a man for control outdoors on Kungsgårdsvägen. In connection with the control, a tumult arises and the man waves a weapon in front of the patrol. The man behaves intoxicated, whereupon he is taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of an intoxicated person. He is now suspected of gross violation of the knife law, threats against a public official, and drug offense of personal use.
