A police patrol apprehended a man in his 30s for intoxication in central Västerås. Suspicions arose that the man had used narcotics and a urine test was conducted. In connection with the apprehension, a small amount of suspected narcotics was found and seized. The man is suspected of minor narcotics offenses, personal use, and possession. The man was allowed to remain for detoxification.
