The police receive a call about a man who is supposed to be on a car roof in the central parts of Uppsala. According to the caller, the man is intoxicated.

When the police arrive at the scene, the man in his 20s is found. He is handcuffed.

A report of vandalism is drawn up and due to severe intoxication, the man is taken into custody according to the Law on Intoxicated Persons (LOB).
