Under the time when a policeman issues a fine, two boys in their upper teenage years get into the police car. A witness notices the policeman about this. The teenagers flee on foot, but are quickly caught by the policeman. Both perpetrators are apprehended. Initial witness interrogations are conducted at the crime scene.
