00:39 Ulricehamn, damage by fire
SOS receives an alarm about a burning car east of Ulricehamn. Unknown cause of the fire, the car did not start burning during transport. A report of damage by fire is filed.
01:10 Gothenburg, assault
Police are called to Kungsportsplatsen, where a young man has been assaulted. After the assault, several people were seen leaving the scene running, towards Trädgårdsföreningen. The police are searching the area, including with a dog. Shortly before 01:30, a man in his 20s is found near the crime scene. There are circumstances that suggest the man may have been involved in the assault, and he is arrested. No further suspect has been found at this time.
01:45 Gothenburg, theft
A security guard contacts the police after having caught a suspected bicycle thief in the act at Remissvägen. A patrol arrives at the scene and decides on arrest. The arrested, a man in his 35s, is suspected of theft.
02:19 Herrljunga, workplace accident
Police and ambulance are called to a factory in central Herrljunga, where a man in his 20s has been injured while checking a machine. The man is said to have fallen and, in the process, cut his leg on a metal object. He is awake and able to speak, no information on life-threatening injuries. The police file a report on causing bodily harm. There is currently no suspect in the case.
02:30 Borås municipality, assault etc.
A woman contacts the police and reports that she was beaten by a man she had previously had a relationship with. The man is also said to have broken furniture in the woman's home. The police go to the address, where the victim and the man are found. The man is arrested, suspected of assault, damage, and drug abuse, personal use. No information on the woman needing emergency medical care.
04:11 Mölndal, damage by fire
A parked car on Jolengatan catches fire for unknown reasons. Rescue services and police are called to the scene. By 04:30, the fire is reported to be mostly extinguished. Unknown cause of the fire. A report of damage by fire is filed. No person is reported to have been physically injured in connection with the fire.
