In the afternoon, the police were contacted regarding a very intoxicated man at Morö Backe school in Skellefteå. The man is said to have first lain on the ground and then behaved aggressively towards passers-by.
Police went there and found the man, who is in his 40s. He was taken into custody according to the LOB, the law on the care of intoxicated persons.
