Rescue services have rescued a cat from the water between Barbord and Olssons pier in Arvika now in the morning twilight.

The cat has been checked with the help of ear marking, but unfortunately it was no match.

A veterinarian has been contacted, but the police want to get in touch with the cat's owner or caretaker as soon as possible, so that it can come home again.
