Residents in a multi-family house in Tierp contact the police due to a report of a firework being heard in one of the apartments.

When the police arrive at the scene, two young boys in their 15-year-old age are found by the patrol who suspect they are under the influence of narcotics.

The two young boys are taken in for a body search and suspected of narcotics offenses. Due to their young age, both social services and guardians are contacted.
