Assault, Filipstad at 23.01

A 25-year-old man is being detained as a suspect for aggravated assault after allegedly injuring a 40-year-old man with some kind of sharp object-like object at a restaurant in the city center. The victim was not seriously injured. After questioning the suspect, he was apprehended by a prosecutor.

Assault, Sunne at 00.47

A 40-year-old man is suspected of assault against a 50-year-old man. The police are writing a report on assault, no one is being detained. It is unclear if the victim needed emergency care.

Driving under the influence, Arvika at 03.40

A 30-year-old man is suspected of driving under the influence after being stopped by the police in Agneteberg. After testing, the man is still suspected and the police have confiscated his driver's license.

Aside from this, we have among other things checked 11 people or vehicles, handled four wildlife accidents without personal injury, confiscated one person according to the LOB, the Act on the Taking into Custody of Intoxicated Persons, and handled four cases concerning mental health.
