A pedestrian was struck at a pedestrian crossing on Kvarnberget. The driver left the scene without waiting for the police. The pedestrian, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital by ambulance with unclear injuries but was conscious. The police are writing a report on reckless driving and fleeing the accident scene without a suspect.

Assault, Karlstad 00:10

A man pushed staff at a restaurant in Tingvallastaden and then left the scene. The police were on the scene and searched for the suspected man without finding him. They are writing a report on minor assault without a suspect. The person who was pushed is a man in his 50s.
