A 45-year-old man is suspected of having committed a theft of a bicycle battery on Herrhagen in Karlstad. 
A notifier contacted the police after this person had seen how the person in question had displayed deviant behavior and shown interest in various things.
The police were able to locate the man and conducted a check on him, which then resulted in a report regarding theft.
