People with the weapon-like object were standing at a bus stop in Barkarby.

An investigation into a serious weapons offense was launched and a large police operation with many police patrols worked to find the person.

With the help of cameras, witness statements and more, the person was localized in another area where this person had taken themselves using public transportation.

During the control of the person, a non-functional plastic piece of a soft airgun was found, which resembled a weapon.

The suspicion of a serious weapons offense will be dropped.
