A driver is suspected of a crime in Vivalla.
A patrol stops and checks a private car and during the check of the driver, a man in his mid-30s, they suspect that he is under the influence of narcotics.
The man is allowed to ride with the patrol for a blood test and the result of the test will show if he has committed driving under the influence of narcotics as well as minor narcotics offenses.
