A man calls in and reports that someone is after him. A patrol goes to the location and meets the victim who is awake and able to talk and has injuries that appear to come from some sharp object. The patrol also finds the perpetrator, who is 20 years old. He is taken into custody as a suspect for attempted murder. The victim has cuts on one arm and on the back and is taken away by ambulance to the hospital.
