Driver in Vilhelmina receives a fine for having too many passengers.

01.17 Drunk driving, Umeå:
At a stop and control of a small truck on Sofiehem, the driver, a man, is suspected of being under the influence of narcotics and is to follow for a blood test. A report is made regarding driving under the influence of drugs and minor narcotics offense (personal use).

01.48 Sexual harassment, Umeå:
Police patrol is ordered to a venue on Ålidhem where a man is reported to have taken advantage of a woman in an unwanted manner. A report is made regarding sexual harassment.

Other:
Three people have been taken into custody between 00.00 and 07.00 for intoxication.

The police have also conducted a number of checks on people and vehicles that did not result in any suspicion of a crime.
