08:59 Istidsgatan, Mariehem, Umeå: A fine for disorder was issued for speeding, 47 kilometers per hour on the 40-section.

09:00 Sandaparken, Haga, Umeå: 26 fines for disorder were issued for speeding offenses. A driver's license was seized. A fine for disorder was also issued for a loose dog in a car.
